I'm a little disappointed to be honest.But hey!There's

always room for improvements..And

I really want to make sure that we shall

improve as ONE family not as an

individual..Yet to do that..Changes starts

from individuals...

This is to all..

As a leader,
YOU are responsible for every actions you make..
You take...You do...I wonder why is it so hard
for people who wants to lead but can never take
charge of their own lives by doing the minor things?

Is it so hard to reply a text saying you've noted
the message that's been passed down to you?
You're a leader,do you think it's approproiate
for you to ignore what has been passed down to
you?Where's your sense of responsibility?Where
is that sense of respect and initiative?Where's
that sense of pride in doing something?

The big question is...Why are you here in the first
place?Put your hands close to your heart and ask
yourself..Listen to yourself..What makes you a
leader?I cannot change anything if you yourself
refuse to change..Leaders are born from within..
Feel it and then work towards it..That's all I can
say..You were chosen because we saw potential
in you..We saw something in you..Don't make us
think otherwise..

"Teamwork, cooperation and commitment are important
aspects we all should strive for"

So buck up and prove us wrong..

I nag like a mother 'cuz I care.
